Minimalist Dual Occupancy

This project in Leichhardt came from a simple idea: parents wanting to live next door to their daughter.

By turning their single site into two homes, we created a dual occupancy that keeps the family together while giving each household their own space.

The design is practical and personal, shaped by what matters most to them. In this instance, our clients wanted the utmost simplicity in both these homes. Designing for simplicity means focusing on clean lines, natural light, and thoughtful details. A space that feels calm, uncluttered, and effortlessly elegant.
